Strength and conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build multiple skills, focusing on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, and agility.
We offer a variety of strength and conditioning classes through our wonderful community partner organizations across the greater Austin area. With this many options, there's a class for everyone. Explore them here!

Corazon Latino
Corazon Latino Dance Studio offers Team Survivor members multiple types of fitness classes at both their North and South locations. In addition to the below, members can also take their Zumba classes.
Booty Werk
An upbeat dance fitness class that combines the fun and sassiness of twerking with a full-body workout. It's the perfect way to unleash your inner twerk diva and get your heart pumping!
Full Body Sculpt
Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone your body, or focus on targeted areas like the booty and legs, this class has got you covered.

How to attend Corazon Latino classes
- Check Corazon Latino’s full class schedule here. Team Survivor members can attend any fitness or Zumba class at Corazon Latino. Please note that Salsa, Cumbia, and Bachata classes are NOT included.
Arrive at Corazon Latino Dance Studio 10-15 minutes before class. You will need to complete some quick paperwork on your first visit.
When checking in, let them know that you're a Team Survivor member, and log your attendance on the sign-in sheet. If you don't see a sign-in sheet, please ask for it.

East Austin Athletic Club
East Austin Athletic Club group classes are where community meets fitness. Workouts are 55 minutes and led by nationally certified trainers. In addition to the below, EAAC also offers yoga classes to our members.
Ascend
Equal blend of strength and conditioning. Starting with the "Physique" classes is recommended for beginners to build your foundation and prepare you for the full Ascend experience.
Ascend classes combine weightlifting, functional bodybuilding, gymnastics, and cardiovascular workouts to enhance your fundamental skills – strength, speed, power, endurance, and balance.
Ignite
HIIT and conditioning-focused. Appropriate for both the fitness novice and seasoned athlete.
Ignite features dynamic circuits and short-burst intervals that blend cardiovascular, endurance, strength, agility, and power training. This holistic approach ensures you torch calories as well as build physical and mental strength.
Physique
Strength training and body sculpting.
Every Physique workout starts with a strength training segment, designed to help build strong and balanced muscles. It's all about laying the groundwork for a healthier, stronger you. Each session also includes flexibility and mobility exercises, helping reduce delayed muscle onset soreness, enhance your range of motion, and promote better circulation.
How to attend East Austin Athletic Club classes
- You will need a Team Survivor promo code. Contact us to get your code.
- Select a class on the EAAC online schedule.
- Next, you'll be prompted to create an account, or log into your existing account.
- In checking out, select the $30 "1 Club Day Pass Workout" option and enter your Team Survivor promo code.
- Please note there is a cancellation fee for no-shows. EAAC asks that you arrive about 10 minutes before your class.

Grit ATX
In addition to the below, Team Survivor members can also attend classic spin classes at Grit ATX.
Mat
Think mat-based pilates with the intensity turned up a notch. In this 45 minute mat-based format, we'll use dynamic muscle movements to target deep within while bursts of cardio leave you sweaty and your heart racing.
Mat & Spin
Here, free weights are combined with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
How to attend Grit ATX classes

- Choose the "Drop In Class" option.
- Next, you'll be prompted to create a Grit ATX account, or log into your existing account.

REIZ Adaptive Fitness
A non-profit organization founded by Team Survivor Board of Directors member Mziya Weber, REIZ is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and accessibility in the fitness community.
The premier destination for adaptive athletes in Central Texas, REIZ offers a program specifically for Team Survivor.
REIZ Team Survivor Program
Workouts are designed and led by founder Mziya Weber, an experienced instructor certified in adaptive and inclusive fitness. Each training session is typically a small group of 2-4 members that meets twice a week. Based on availability, 1:1 sessions may also be an option and can be discussed in your initial consultation.
The small group format ensures personalized attention, with exercises modified for individual goals and abilities. Sessions focus on strength training with a mix of cardio. It never gets boring - Mziya's creative workouts vary each class, and utilize an array of what members affectionately call her "torture devices" - dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, medicine balls, and various other gym equipment. But don't let that scare you - everything is highly individualized and we have a great time together.
