Check out East Austin’s home for fun, sweaty movement! In addition to spin, members can also attend their mat classes for strength & conditioning. 


Spin

No rankings, no metrics - just you going as hard as the music pushes you. You'll find speed and resistance, separately and sometimes together, all the while getting lost in the music. Give yourself 45 minutes to turn off your brain and let your body take over.


Mat & Spin

Here, free weights are combined with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.


    How to attend Grit ATX classes
    1. Members will need a Team Survivor promo code to register for classes at Grit ATX. Contact us to get your code.
    2. Find and select a class on the online Grit ATX schedule
    3. Choose the "Drop In Class" option.
    4. Next, you'll be prompted to create a Grit ATX account, or log into your existing account.
    5. In checking out, enter your promo code. 
    6. Please note there is a cancellation fee for no-shows. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your class to get set up.
